Each project starts with you. To begin, we schedule a walk-through of your property, where we discuss your wants, needs and any issues you want us to solve. We can work with your architect or designer, or we can provide referrals to firms with which we have established close working relationships. Throughout the process, Garry is on-site daily to oversee the work and be available to answer questions. Progress reports are sent out weekly to keep you informed and in touch. Above all, we consider our collaboration with you an invitation into your home. We go to great lengths to protect your property and respect your privacy at all times.      

At completion, CSI is your one source for ongoing maintenance, from changing hard-to-reach light bulbs to buffing wood floors and resealing tiles. We have the people and the resources to keep your home looking like new.
