This project marks the fifth time these clients have commissioned us to renovate portions of their expansive penthouse. For this latest project, we completely gutted and rebuilt a number of the common areas, including a children’s play area with built-in salt water fish tank plus separate spaces for a pool table, TV, and lounge. We also renovated the kitchen and eating area. While we can’t take credit for the fabulous views of the city and lake front, we are proud of the interior craftsmanship.
