In collaboration with one of the city’s top interior designers, CSI transformed this dated, ‘80s-era home into a residence fit for a successful urban executive. We gutted the kitchen, gutted and reconfigured the bathrooms and transformed the lower-level apartment into a family room with bar and pool room. The house now far exceeds its humble past. Highlights of the three-story residence include a dramatic glass-sided staircase, an all-new kitchen and a massive limestone fireplace suspended from the living room ceiling.
